Honey cake Recipe
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
Beat the eggs with the sugar then add all ingredients
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cup liquid honey
3 cups flour
3 Tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup of cold coffee or apple cinnamon tea
1/2 cup nuts or raisins (optional)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes than at 300 for 1 hour
