Best Ever Cinnamon Buns!!!

Cinnamon Buns

Yeast:
1 tsp sugar
¼ warm water
1 pkg yeast
Mix together.
Dough:
1/3 cup warm milk/soy milk
3 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
½ tsp salt
½ cup margarine
2 eggs
Mix, cover w. foil, rise for 2 hrs. Even though it may be sticky, it's fine.

Filling #1-chocolate
1/3 cups crushed nuts
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp cinnamon

Filling #2-cinamon
1-2 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar

Glaze:
1 cup confectioner's sugar
½ tsp vanilla
2 tbsp milk, water or juice
Roll dough into thin, thin, big rectangle. Spread room temperature margarine over dough w/ hand. Sprinkle fillings (don't be skimpy!). Roll rolling pin over filling 2 make it part of dough. Roll dough like a jelly roll. Slice into 1 ½ inch width pieces
Grease pan. Place less than 2 inches between each bun,egg and bake @ 375 for 25 minutes.
When ready-may look raw-but they're not!!


Paint/drizzle buns with glaze, while still warm
Makes 15 buns
