I/we further agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Chabad of Greater Los Feliz- Chabad and any of its affiliates or staff from any and all claims, actions, suits, damages and liabilities of whatever nature and costs including without limitation indemnified parties’ attorney’s fees and costs relating to or arising out of the negligence or misconduct of renter or their guests.
