Chocolate Cake
Preheat oven to 350º.
1 ¾ C. flour
2 C. Sugar
¾ C. Cocoa
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 C. Orange juice
½ C. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 C. boiling water
Mix all ingredients together. Add hot water slowly. Mix well. Pour into 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
