Banana Cake
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
mix 2 1/2 tsp baking soda into 2 1/2 tsp hot water
1 tsp vanilla
Beat eggs and sugar
Add oil and mix oil
mix baking soda with hot water and add to the egg mixture
2 banana cut up in small mix into batter
add 1 cup water
2 1/2 cup flour
bake 1 hour at 350
