Lemon Cake

 

 

Ingredients:                                                     Glaze:                          

 

2 ½ cup

Flour

3/4 cup

Confectioners Sugar

1 ½ cup

Sugar

1/8 cup

Lemon Juice

3 tsp

Baking Powder

 

 

¾ cup

Orange Juice

 

 

¾ cup

Vegetable Oil

 

 

½ tsp

Lemon Extract

Directions:

 

 

Mix flour and sugar and baking powder. Add orange juice, oil, lemon extract and eggs. Beat 3-4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into bundt pan (greased and floured) and bake @ 325 for 45-50 minutes. Using a long skewer poke deep holes into the cake at 1 inch intervals. Mix glaze ingredients, and pour over cake, running into the holes. Sprinkle cake with confectioners sugar.
