Carrot Cake

 

 

2 cups sugar

2 cups shredded carrots

2 cups flour

1 cup oil

4 eggs

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp allspice

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

 

Frosting

2 cups confectionary sugar

8 oz cream cheese

4tbsp margarine

2 tsp vanilla

Bake at 350 for 35 min
