Mushroom Quiche

1 large onion, thinly sliced

3 tbsp vegetable oil

1/2 pond fresh mushroom

1 1/2 cups mlik

6 eggs beaten

3/4 shredded cheese

1 tsp salt

pinch of pepper

 

Saute onion in oil until tender

Add mushrooms and saute for about 10 minutes until onions are nearly golden

Remove from heat

Let cool slightly and stir in remaining ingredients

Pour mushroom filling into quiche crust

Bake in a 375 oven for 35  minutes
