Fettucini Alfredo
1 pkg Fettuccini noodles - cooked and drained
1 stick butter or margarine
1 container of sour cream
1 egg yolk
1 container grated parmesan cheese
1/3 bag shredded cheese
In a small sucepan, melt the buttera nd slowly add the sour cream.
While mixing, add the egg, half of the parmesan cheese and the shredded mozarella .
Mix well and let it simmer until the cheese melts.
Pour sauce over the hot drained pasta and serve while hot
