Carrot Pie
Take 2 lbs of carrots and boil until tender.
3 eggs
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup brown sugar
Mix everything in a foor processor and pour into a pan (or optional: in a pie crust)
Bake for 45 minutes at 350
