Hummus

 

 

1 (15 once) can chickpeas

 1 clove fresh garlic

1/4 cup tahini paste

1/3 cup lemon juice

1/3 cup light olive oil

1 tsp salt

 

Blend all ingredients in food processor until creamy. If its too thick you may add water, 1 tablespoon at a time until it is desired consistency.
