Tomato Basil Pasta

 

 

this recipe is for 2 lbs of pasta.

first make the dressing and blend

 1 cup oil

1/2 cup vinegar

4 oz basil

5/6 cloves garlic

salt (dont know exact but be generous like maybe 1 tbsp)

 

dice 5/6 tomatoes (throw out the pits and juices it'll make everything watery but dont drive yourslef crazy about it) -and let them sit in the dressing in a big bowl.

 

-Boil and cook pasta (u can do with twirly penne...)

-drain out the water.

DONT RINSE pour the HOT pasta into the dressing with tomatoes and mix.

(btw u can broil some salmon with lemon and salt for 10 minutes and put some in here too!)

you can also add black olives

or when it cooled down a bit sprinkle parmesan cheese or even mozzarela cheese.
