The 12th day of the month of Iyar marks the 14th yahrzeit of Rabbi Yehuda Leib Raskin of Blessed Memory, a legendary Chabad figure who served more than forty years as the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s emissary to Morocco.

This year, Rabbi Raskin’s youngest daughter Dvonye and her husband Rabbi Leibel Korf are honoring her father’s memory on the occasion of their son Srolik’s Bar Mitzvah by commissioning a Sefer Torah.
