In a big frying pan
8-10 cloves garlic
Small bunch cilantro
Sauté with oil


Add a large can tomato sauce 29 oz
Turmeric generously
Hot pepper
Cumin
Let tomato sauce boil
 

Place salmon
Cover with sauce
1 can chick peas


Cook 25 min med/low fire
